Service Description

PRICE INCLUDES VAT. Please note the booking fee only covers the first item.This service is available for customers who have between 20-40 items who wish to bring their items to us to test. While you wait testing is available by appointment only. Please book your slot here. The booking fee for this slot is £30 plus VAT which is payable on booking online and secures your slot. PLEASE NOTE This covers the first item only to be tested. Further items can be tested at the rate of £1 per item thereafter and will be charged on completion at our office. This is payable by Card or Cash. An instant report and certificate will be issued on completion immediately after full payment is made for the Testing. For under 20 items please book a half hours slot. For 40-100 items please book a two hour slot. THIS BOOKING FEE IS NON REFUNDABLE

Cancellation Policy

Please note that the booking fee is Non refundable. The booking slot that you have booked is the allocated time you have selected for up to the amount of items specified on the booking. Please ensure that you arrive at the time you have booked as it may mean that all of your items cannot be tested if you are late. The booking fee secures your time slot and the first item that is PAT Tested. All items thereafter are charged at £1 per item plus VAT. The booking fee includes VAT. We will provide a full report and certificate upon payment of the balance due on completion of testing. Payment can be made by card or cash. IMPORTANT: Please select the correct time slot that represents the amount of items that you have. If you have more items and we cannot complete all the testing in your time slot you will be required to book another time slot at the normal chargeable rate (booking fee). You are free to cancel at any time however the booking fee is non refundable.
