We leave the area we have been testing as we have found it and do not leave a trace of where we have been. Our PAT testers work methodically and neatly and provide clear results for each item they test.
They carry out a full visual inspection of every item, open up plugs that aren't sealed, check each fuse and carry out the relevant electrical tests according to the class of each appliance. If our PAT Testers have a concern at all about the safety of any item, they report it to the person in charge and affix a do not use sticker.
We use up to date callibrated equipment to carry out PAT Testing which means all the results we provide for each test are accurate and reliable. The PAT Testing machines that we use are portable which means we can PAT test your items in situ, you do not have to gather them up for us and provide a power supply. we therefore cause very little disruption to your workplace and can work around you and your colleagues.
We provide our customers with a full report on all PAT Testing both electrical and visual testing that is carried out, affix a sticker (PASS or FAIL) and we ensure we report to our client any concerns/findings before we leave the premises.
The testing Logs that we produce do not just detail PASS or FAIL, they contain all the readings and the actual results. Some of our customers have been caught out by just providing a certificate that was produced by the PAT Testing company they had used prior to using us, however a certificate does not provide enough evidence that the item was tested accurately or indeed tested at all. A full set of results provide absolute evidence that the item has been thoroughly checked.
Our logs and certificates that we provide can be used as an asset register and act as proof of the checks that by law you have to carry out to satisfy the HSE that as a business you are doing what is expected of you to ensure safety in the workplace, for your colleagues and the public.
